MEET LALINE RILEY

A career dedicated to
helping others.

With 17 years of experience as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, LaLine Riley has dedicated her career to caring for people through some of life's most challenging moments. After earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University and becoming a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she founded Sage Psychiatric & Wellness to provide personalized, holistic, and evidence-based mental health services for individuals across the lifespan, with clinical expertise in the treatment of ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and eating disorders.

LaLine also holds a deeply personal commitment to caring for First Responders. As a current Emergency Room Registered Nurse with 17 years of experience, and the wife of a flight paramedic with more than 30 years of service in emergency medical care, she understands the intense pressures, moral injuries, and chronic stress that come with the job.

This firsthand experience allows her to provide truly empathetic, grounded mental health services for First Responders navigating PTSD, burnout, acute stress, and the unique challenges of serving on the front lines. Her goal is to help First Responders not only recover, but continue to thrive in both their personal and professional lives.

James (Jim) Riley, Chief Operating Officer at Sage Psychiatric & Wellness

James (Jim) Riley
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Behind every great practice is the person who keeps the wheels turning, and for Sage Psychiatric, that’s Jim. Whether he is flying in a helicopter saving lives as a LifeFlight medic, behind his desk crunching numbers, or out on the water as an avid fisherman, Jim brings dedication to everything he does. As our Chief Operating Officer, LaLine’s husband, and the ultimate anchor of the practice, he ensures that Morgan and LaLine have exactly what they need to focus on client care. From managing high-level logistics to gently reining the team in when enthusiasm gets the best of them, Jim is the grounding force that holds it all together. Simply put, Sage couldn't run without him.
